This is a private reference site, not a government office. It cannot confirm custody, release anyone, accept bond, or retrieve an official booking record. Contact the responsible public office for those services.
Official Detention Record Contacts
Anne Arundel County detention records belong to the Department of Detention Facilities, not the Sheriff’s Office. The county’s general detention line and Public Information Act portal are the starting points for a Jennifer Road or Ordnance Road admission, current status, discharge fact, or booking-photo request.

Choose the Correct Office
Each public office answers a different question. Start with the system that last held the person, then move to the next authority only when the record shows a transfer or supervision event.
- For an Anne Arundel County release or discharge record, use the home page search and records path and contact AACDDF.
- For community supervision, use Probation & Parole and the Annapolis or Glen Burnie DPP office.
- For a same-day status change, see Jail Releases: 24 Hours; Anne Arundel County publishes no official rolling list.
- For a date estimate or alert, consult Projected Release and the VINELink service.
- For a sentenced state prisoner, use the Maryland DPSCS locator for present custody or email dpscs.pia@maryland.gov for a state record.
- For a federal or immigration record, use the official BOP or ICE locator. County and Maryland state systems do not cover those custodians.
- For a particular institution, use the facility pages listed below and contact that facility or its records custodian.
